For our next Shop Focus we are looking at some beautiful hand made items from one of our brilliant volunteers Pat Whitehead.
Pat worked in this very building from 1961 to 1972 and was a designer for Samuel Salter Ltd when they owned the building. The fabric used in these items are the last pieces of fabric produced by Salters in the Mill before it closed down. This makes them incredibly limited edition and a unique part of Trowbridge history and heritage. Pat made each item by hand and you can really see the quality of her work and her attention to detail!
