The museum’s Learning and Outreach Team runs a weekly art & craft workshop for customers from The Medley. This is Wiltshire Council’s day opportunities service for people with learning disabilities.  Inspired by the museum’s collection or current seasonal topics. These sessions allow participants to engage creatively with their local community and expand their cultural horizons in a fun and relaxed way. 

The varied programme of activities is designed to give the participants a creative and sensory experience by using a wide range of different media.  The group is also regularly invited to discover and engage with the new work on display in our temporary exhibition spaces. This is done through bespoke trails and art projects directly related to the exhibits.
