The museum is on the first floor of Home Mills (within the Shires), up several short flights of stairs – we have a lift available for visitors who require assistance. We have toilet facilities, including one suitable for wheelchair access. Baby-changing facilities are available in the disabled toilet.
Please be aware that you will be asked to leave carrier bags and large bags at the shop desk – you will be issued with a ticket. Handbags can be taken round the museum. No photography is allowed in the museum without prior permission.
Parking is available in The Shires car park. We are also a 5 minute walk from Trowbridge Train Station and Bus stops within the town centre.
Trowbridge Museum is FREE to enter. Most of our events and activities are also free unless indicated. If you particularly enjoyed visiting Trowbridge Museum then you can make a small donation during your visit or you can donate online using the donate button on the home page. All donations are greatly appreciated.
